Wife to my creative husband, Terry, stepmom to four wonderful adult children, and I am a proud fur momma to my bully babies, Fendi and Drago. As a retired athlete who was constantly on the move, my current vibe is all about by intention & connection. You can find me prioritizing quality time with family and friends, indulging in lots of travel, all while pursuing new entrepreneurial endeavors.

how I shifted away from being a professional athlete
For years, I was consumed by a career as professional athlete. Working 7 days a week, holidays and weekends, and moving every 3 months. I absolutely loved the income & success, the thrill of winning through my 20's, but it also required a lot of sacrifice. I didn't get to be present for loved ones, family events or holidays, friends' weddings & special moments.
